Springtime Brunch and Dressing Recipe


Strawberry Yogurt Dressing
makes 1/2 quart
1 cup yogurt
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoons strawberry jam

Combine and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Serve over Spring Salad - baby spinach leaves, fresh blackberries, sliced strawberry's and slivered almonds.

Delicious!
