Croutons

My lunch today will be croutons. I've been snacking on them for about an hour, so they might as well be dinner also. Let me tell you they are so good and easy-peasy to make.  Today's variety were sprinkled with Parmesan cheese before baking. 

Buttery, cheesy, crunchy perfection.
If you have slightly stale french or sourdough bread, make croutons.  Recipe Here - you can also bake them in the oven at 300 degrees for 15 minutes and get the same result.
