Croutons, Baby!

 
 Start with 1 part butter to 1/2 part olive oil - I made two batches...using 1/4 cup butter and 1/8 cup olive oil Add 1-1/2 - 2 tablespoons seasoning
  Melt together over medium heat
  Cut french or sourdough bread into 1 inch cubes and add to melted butter, oil, and seasonings - 
I used 1/2 loaf per batch.

Stir to make sure every little bread cube is covered and continue stirring and cooking for about 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and let dry out completely.  
There you have it.
