My secret to perfectly dipped chocolate strawberries is this:
1 pkg. (7 oz.) BAKER'S Dark Semi-Sweet Dipping Chocolate*
10 extra large strawberries
*You can substitute Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate. Baker's makes both.
MELT chocolate as directed on package.
DIP strawberries into chocolate; let excess chocolate drip off.
PLACE on wax paper-covered baking sheet or tray. Store in refrigerator for 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
For best results, serve strawberries the same day they are dipped.
