The Hostess Cup Cake CAKE

Mr. CHiPy had a craving for Hostess Cup Cakes so I decided to try a new recipe sent to me by my dear Aunt Peggy of North Carolina.  Her recipe is called  Ho Hos Cake but that didn't seem right to me because  Ho Hos look like this...




and the cake ended up looking like this which is why I'm calling it The Hostess Cup Cake CAKE.

Frozen Chopped Cilantro

This week I used the last of my favorite frozen food staple...Dorot's frozen Garlic (you can read more about it HERE).  Trader Joe's is my supplier of this amazing garlic and I promise, it is the best stuff ever.  But guess what?  I found another item that I love just as much...

No more last minute trips to the store to purchase fresh Cilantro for my favorite rice recipe Cilantro Lime Rice (recipe coming soon).  Now I just reach into my freezer and pop out one or two frozen cubes right into my pan.  No chopping, no mess, no clean-up.

Garlic Love

My  friend Stacy (who was expecting a sweet little boy last year and is now expecting another sweet little baby) shared with me her favorite source for crushed garlic.  Trader Joes!  Trader Joes!  I love that place.

One cube = one clove of garlic. You find it in the frozen section and you store it in your freezer. The cool thing about Dorot's Crushed Garlic is that it pops right out of the little plastic container and right into the dish you need it in. No mess. No smell. No clean up.

Fabulous!  It works for me.

RoC® RETINOL CORREXION® Deep Wrinkle Night Cream Review

Recently I was invited to participate in a campaign to try out RoC® RETINOL CORREXION® Deep Wrinkle Night Cream for thirty days. This was really exciting because I've not participated in anything like this before.  Since I'm now over the age of 29 {wink}, I can use all of the help I can get.

Now that I've tried this product for more than thirty days, I must say that I'm really pleased with the results.
