Cupcake In a Jar


Have you heard about cupcakes in a jar?  Holy Moly.  I just had to make some for my family to try.  I made a batch of red velvet cupcakes, sliced one and layered it in a mason jar alternating with fresh vanilla cream cheese frosting...ready to eat with a spoon!
  
Here's a hint:   Keep these babies stored in the fridge if you don't plan on eating them right away.  They will stay fresh for days as long as you keep the lid on them. 

By the way, they were heaven.  This is the reason I've taken up cycling 20 miles nearly every day.  Seriously.
