Post Edit: Here they are - my first ever Mickey and Minnie Caramel Apples - I made 3 sets for auction tonight - They turned out really cute and I learned a few things along the way: Using homemade caramel and premium chocolate makes very fat and heavy mice! The surface isn't as smooth as I imagined it would be but oh man, they taste DELICIOUS!!
Today I'm busy in my kitchen making Mickey and Minnie Mouse Caramel Apples to be auctioned off at our annual Boy Scout Fundraiser.
I'm using my delicious caramel recipe , premium milk chocolate and following the steps on this video...
Wish me luck...I'm hoping they turn out really cute.
