This past Saturday, I celebrated my 43rd birthday with my precious family. They are so good to me and I love them with all of my heart...which is why I made my own birthday cake.
Why? Because I can.
This one is a little creation I came up with by layering all of my favorite flavors...yellow cake, cherry jello, strawberry mousse, fresh whipped cream and chocolate dipped strawberries.
It was absolutely the BEST birthday cake ever!
