Mr. CHiPy and Me: Photoshoot
At the end of April, Mr. CHiPy will retire after 30 years on the California Highway Patrol (18 yrs as an Officer, 4 yrs as a Sergeant and the past 8 yrs as a Lieutenant), and will begin a new RETIRED career.
He promised me a photo in full regalia before he retires. Now that retirement is just around the corner, and thanks to my good friend Erin, Saturday was our day.
