Memorial Weekend Celebrations - Part Two

In honor of my dad, mom and us girls visited his grave site today.  Dad was a veteran of the Korean War and served in both the Marine Corp and the Air Force.  He loved serving his country and was especially partial to the Marines.

 

I was so pleased to arrive at a very busy cemetery and find so many families honoring the veterans who served our country.  Flags and flowers were on many, many graves.

After our visit we went to dad's favorite burger joint...Volcano Burgers.

See my dad?  He was there with us.  He's always with us.
