Our first stop in Sutter Creek was to the Fromage to taste some amazing cheese. Wow! We tried so many different varieties from Gouda and Blue to Creamy Cheddar and Goat's cheeses. The overall winner this day was a sheep's cheese called Lamb Chopper. Isn't that a funny name for cheese? We laughed when the lady told us the name so it was only right that Mr. CHiPy purchased a large slice to take home to enjoy with crackers...
...but I guess we forgot to eat our President's Day cheese because I just realized that the Lamb Chopper is still in our fridge waiting to be devoured.Midnight snack anyone?
