Southern Style Triple Berry Cobbler

Dessert time.  Today I made Southern Style Triple Berry Cobbler and boy oh boy is it ever good!

It's super easy AND super tasty...and it's a southern recipe so you know it's gotta taste good!

Southern style simply means that this is a juicy cobbler with lots of berries and a thin sweet crust on top.

Serve it with premium ice cream and you are in for a treat.

 Southern Style Triple Berry Cobbler

Using a 9"x13" pan, melt 1/2 cup of butter in your pan in the oven.

Add 4 cups of berries on top of melted butter (I used Kirkland Brand Frozen Triple Berries from Costco)

In a separate bowl, mix together:

1 cup SELF RISING flour (To make 1 cup of self-rising flour, take 1 cup all-purpose flour and add 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt).
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar

Pour over the fruit/butter mixture; bake @ 350 degrees until golden brown…about 35-40 minutes depending on your oven.

So fast, so easy – and yes, moist and a little saucy underneath.
