I was inspired today by
this and
this so I went to my local thrift store this week looking for some of that inspiration. And look what I found for $1.99!! Score!
Trash Before:
I just love it! It's so 1980's. It's the exact color of my Junior Prom dress and wrist-let (the light lavender, not the dark purplish color).
After tearing off those lovely lavender roses and white mini roses, I got out my glue gun and added moss (had it) and ivy ($.99 from Goodwill), and spray painted the base Rustoleum Heritage White. Then I painted a little blackboard on the front and chalked it up.
And this is how it turned out.
