Red, green and yellow peppers are bountiful in my garden this year and it seems as if I've picked-a-peck full.
Aren't they gorgeous?
What do I do with them all you ask? If I'm not planning to use them right away, I wash them, dry them off and then chop them up and feed my freezer.
Now they are ready to go into any recipe I may be making. Last night I made Sweet and Sour Meatballs. I'll post the recipe tomorrow.
