S'mores Bars

Yes, I know I posted a yummy recipe yesterday and the day before that, but what's a girl to do when she's craving something sweet? Post another recipe I say.

I usually make half the pan with 1 cup of marshmallows (which the kids prefer), and the other half of the pan with 1 cup of coconut (for the grown-ups).
S'Mores Bars
18 whole graham crackers (two cellophane wrapped stacks)
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows (or coconut)
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large resealable bag (or in a food processor), smash graham crackers until finely ground. Stir in melted butter. Press into a 13×9″ pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
2. Sprinkle on chocolate chips. Drizzle can of condensed milk over graham crackers; follow with marshmallows (or coconut).
3. Bake for 20 minutes more, until marshmallows (or coconut) are lightly browned. Let cool completely. I usually put mine in the freezer to make it go faster. Recipe from Sophistimom
