This week I used the last of my favorite frozen food staple...Dorot's frozen Garlic (you can read more about it HERE). Trader Joe's is my supplier of this amazing garlic and I promise, it is the best stuff ever. But guess what? I found another item that I love just as much...No more last minute trips to the store to purchase fresh Cilantro for my favorite rice recipe Cilantro Lime Rice (recipe coming soon). Now I just reach into my freezer and pop out one or two frozen cubes right into my pan. No chopping, no mess, no clean-up.
