Extra Limes

Limes have been on sale this past week for VERY cheap. Mr. CHiPy and I like a squeeze of lime in our Diet Pepsi, a wedge alongside a dish of enchiladas and of course in our Strawberry Limeade. But what to do with those excess limes?

Cut them up, juice them and then....

...pour the juice into a mini ice cube tray and freeze that juice into little ice cubes.  Perfect size for those recipes that call for a hint of lime.
