I made this fabulous cake for dessert last night. Again. It's called "Too Much Chocolate Cake". It's our favorite kind of chocolate cake. Moist. Dense. Chocolaty. It's covered in chocolate ganache which takes it over the top. So good.
For a special Christmassy touch, I added Andes Peppermint Crunch on the top.
You won't be disappointed (unless you don't like chocolate and if that's the case, too bad so sad).
